In every activity a blogger may perform there are some reason he/she should look into before taking any action because there might be a disgusting part of the activity. Google+ last week announce Google+ comment system for Blogspot Blog and now 65% of bloggers are now using it without looking to its side effect. Must Read: How To Enable Google+ Comment Box On Blogger Must Read: How to Use Google+ Comment Box On WordPress In this post i will be listing out the interesting and disgusting part of the system but believe, i love the commenting system but it something like forcing people to use their programme i.e Google+, no Google+, its not gonna work. Advantages of the New Google+ Commenting System 1. All Blog Discussions Once Place This is one of the part i like in this new commenting system. When someone shares your post on Google+, it will appear in the Google Plus Comments and moreso any replies made to these Google Plus Shares will reflect on your blog. 2. Private & Public Comments Option You’ll also love this option, unlike other commenting system, none has ever gotten this kind of privacy. The Google+ commenting system allows your readers to comment publically or privately to their Google+ Circles only. 3. Comments Sorting Your Readers can choose to see all the comments, or just the top comments or even just only the ones made by people in their circles. 4. No Existing Comments Will Be Lost Unlike Facebook comments, all of your old Blogger comments will still be visible in their position on your Blog and the comment counts won’t be lost, moreso the the facebook comment wouldnt be mixed up. The Google+ Comments will be as it is before, everything will just be moved to the Google+ comments system. 5. Looks better Yeah! As a matter of fact, the new commenting system is really clean and looks much better than Blogger’s default. Disadvantages of the New Google+ Commenting System 1. Google+ Everywhere To comment on your blog, readers must have a Google Account, i.e Google+ Account. If they don’t have one, they will be forced to create a Google account before they can comment on your Blog. Readers will no longer have the option to sign in using OpenID, or make comments anonymously. 2. Moderation Options Talking back, the default Blogger has the option to approve and reject comments but right now you wouldn’t be able to moderate comments. Without proper moderation mechanism, it will be more difficult to deal with spammers. 3. Auto Hide Spam Comment The new comment System has some options to deal with Spam comments. Google plus will automatically hide comments which it thinks is spam. You can review these hidden comments by clicking on the blue review comments bar. 4. Recent Comment Gadgets The Recent Comment Gadgets which work on Blogger’s Comment Feeds might not work properly again as these depend on Blogger Comments. 5. Custome Template Tweaking Required If you are using a custom temple you need to tweak your Blogger Template to get the new Google+ Commenting on your Blog. 6. You need a Google+ Profile To enable the feature, you will have to switch your Blogger Profile to Google+ 7. Lost Of Comments on Changing Blog URL If you change your Blog URL to a custom domain after Enabling Google+ Comments for a while, the G+ comments will be lost when you make the switch. So i’ll advice you to change to a Custom Domain before you start using Google+ Comments. Do you have any other option which i have missed? Please kindly share it with us using the comment form bellow. And let us know what you think about this and dont forget sharing is loving, share with friends.

The post Reasons To Consider Before Enabling Google+ Comment For Your Blog appeared first on The Tech.

As you all know Blogging really needs efforts to grow and retain its value for both readers and search engines. Receiving only traffic is not the main goal of any blogger. The needed part is a powerful readership around your blog. Everbody need readers to read its content not just visitors who come and go just for the information they are looking for. We all know that readership is based on traffic. Receiving decent traffic means there is a major chances of building readership. But readership is not totally dependent on traffic. The factors and the reason most bloggers fail to build blog readership will be discussed right here.. 1. Writing for Search Engines Most new bloggers start posting any thing they like to post without any proper knowledge of how to write best content. Your content should not target the search engines. Try to write something under your niche that your readers would love to read. If they like your content then they bring new traffic to your blog and also convert from visitors to readers. 2. Poor Presence on Social Media Its not a doubt that Social Media sites have proved themselves having the right audience you want for your business. There are millions of regular visitors on major social media sites like twitter and now on Google Plus too. If you are not active on those great sources of traffic sites then you are really missing targeted audience as well valuable readers. 3. Poor Relationships with Existing Readers Having examined many blogs where nobody is there to solve reader’s queries and doubts. Blog owners just post content, sit and relax. They never take interest to communicate with their readers by replying to their comments. If you are in same shoe, better put that shoe off and put on unique one that makes up your audience interest and start communicating with your readers today because readers at early stage of blog are very important. They shouldn’t be ignored if you really want to achieve your goal of blogging. 4. Lack Of Blogger’s Communities Participation Its no doubt that blogger’s communities and forums are one of the best sources of receiving targeted audiences. There are countless readers who are engaged in communicating with each other to share their views and ideas on a specific topic. You are not being fair to your blog if you are not participating in those communities. Keep in mind that generating quality content for your blog is not enough if you are unable to make it reach the correct audience. There are lot of big blogs with a strong readership and you have to target those readers. I suggest you start using Bloggers.com if you are not already using it.. And bellow are some other you may make use of.. BlogAdda.com IndiBlogger.in Forums.DigitalPoint.com SitePoint.com/forums Making use of the above communities will really help you, start using them if you haven’t start.. 5. Poor Consistency Most common reasons to the failure of maintaining blog readership is the consistency by which you are updating your blog. You may have heard that regularly blog update is neccessary to increase blog traffic but if you are not consistent with your blogging timings then you can never get the real readership. You should let your readers know your posting schedule so that they can land on your blog at that exact time to read what’s newly written on your blog. It will not only increase your blog readers but also you will gain trust of readers and search engines also by showing that you are really serious about your blog career. Conclusions The above 5 major reasons were the reason i arrived at that might have caused your blog readership to fail. If you feel that you are not working on any of the above strategies or lacking some then start working on it starting from the end of this post.. Your comment is appreciated if you have any question about the reasons above..

The post 5 Most Common Reasons Why You Fail To Build Your Blog Readership appeared first on The Tech.

Interviewing a blogger is often same things as marketing your blog with the audience of that respective blogger whom you’re interviewing. By interviewing a blogger, you and your blog will be into the limelight as the interviews will be shared by that respective blogger and readers. He/she is likely to have good audience around him/her which would be interested in knowing what questions you asked and what the answers were. At this stage your blog will start receiving huge traffic and reputations among the audience. But i should let you know its not easy to interview a top Blogger at all, on proceeding i’ll ask you the following questions. How many of you have tried interviewing a blogger? How many of you have really succeeded in interviewing a blogger? Finaly Did you fail in getting a nod from a blogger for interview? Its very clear some might have failed and not have abdicated the idea of interviewing a blogger by now and you would probably be thinking of some fresh ideas for your next blog posts. Must Read: 6 Steps On How To Massively Drive Traffic To A New Blog I cant tell how you feel when you started reading this post but what i guess right now is either you’ve failed trying to interview a Blogger or just thinking of getting a Blogger to interview, whatsoever the case is, i guessed you are in the right place to decide and get the most out of it.. Before proceeding i’ll be listing out the five(5) key guidelines you should be prepared for Before conducting any interview. Must Read: Blogging Tips That Can Benefit Your Blog 1. Selecting a Blogger To Interview 2. Building Communication Between The Two Parties 3. Medium Of Communication 4. Purpose of Interview (POI) 5. Approval Of the Respective Blogger 1. Selecting a Blogger To Interview The most hectic part of Interviewing a Blogger is the process of selecting a blogger because it involves pinning down the skills, interest of your audience and comparison between various bloggers. It would be bad if you compare between two or more bloggers because each one of them have their own flavors. This is all done, after Selecting the blogger of your choice, its time you move to the next step which is Building Communication Between the two of you.. 2. Building Communication Between The Two Parties I’m sure that some of you would be having a good relationship with tons of pro bloggers. The process of building communication and selecting a blogger often depends on whether you know the blogger already or you just wanted to know him. Assuming you know him well, you would have build a strong Communication Between the two of you but Assuming you just wanted to know him because he/she is a very popular blogger. I can’t guarantee Approval if you are just knowing the blogger for the first time unless he/she knows of your existence. For you to build your existence in them you need to follow their social profiles and Blogs often and often. Hey! Wait!!! Don’t rush into sending friend request to them, that sucks. Better still simply follow their public update and follow their twitter profile and follow their updates. Often leave meaningful comment on their blog and don’t spam because you’ll be marked out, make sure you don’t post short comment such as “thanks for the post” “good job” and the likes.. 3. Medium Of Communication The basic keys already been shared in the No.2 above, guessed i don’t need more stress here. Social media channels such as Facebook, Twitter, StumbleUpon, Google Plus, LinkedIn etc. are great platforms to improve your communication with the respective blogger. Make use of these communication mediums wisely. 4. Purpose of Interview (POI) At this point you will need to ask and answer one question on your own Why do i intend to interview that respective blogger? what’s your purpose. A blogger will be eager to know your purpose behind interviewing him and be aware that it’s the only way to impress him/her with your intentions and skills. 5. Approval Of the Respective Blogger Following the steps mentioned in this article appropriately then there is [...]

The post 5 Must Follow Guidelines Before Interviewing Any Blogger appeared first on The Tech.
